- Who is PitchPass for?
- Any trader who books pitches: coffee stalls, burger vans, hot dog vans, ice cream, pizza, crafts, clothes, plants, face painting, charity stalls and the rest. If you work from a van, trailer, gazebo or table, this list is for you.
- I run events. Do I pay?
- No. Councils, festivals, market managers and fete committees list for free. You want traders to find you. The £12.99 pass is only for traders who want the phone numbers and pitch fees.
- What do I need to register as a trader?
- Your business name, what you sell, how you set up (gazebo, van, truck, gazebo + van, and so on), photos of the unit, and public liability insurance. Event makers ask for that pack before they hold a pitch.
- How do I find events near me?
- Type your UK postcode and pick a radius — 5, 10, 15, 25, 50 or 100 miles. The list sorts nearest first and shows how far each pitch is from you.
- What do traders get for £12.99 a month?
- Pitch fees, what they include, the contact list (names, emails, numbers) and the notes on how each event actually books. Dates, towns and what the event is looking for stay free to browse.
- Why are phone numbers behind a pass?
- So the list stays a working tool instead of an open scrape. Organisers still publish for free. Traders who are serious enough to book a pitch pay a small monthly fee.
- Can I cancel in the quiet months?
- Yes. Cancel from Account when you are not working events. That also stops the next Stripe bill.
- Is this a real payment?
- Yes. You pay £12.99 a month by card on Stripe. The statement shows PITCHPASS. Cancel any time from Account.
- Will there be an app?
- The website already works on a phone. A native app can wait. You do not need to have built one.
- Who can publish an event?
- Anyone who books trader pitches: a council markets officer, a festival producer, a village fete secretary, a car-boot operator. Fill in the free form. The listing goes on the public list on this device.
- Can I edit or take a listing down?
- Yes. My events lets you edit, unpublish or delete listings you created on this browser.
- Are the contacts real?
- The starter list is sample UK data so you can see the product. Numbers use drama ranges. Listings you publish yourself use the contacts you type in.
- What does admin see on the subscriber list?
- Emails, whether the £12.99 pass is paying or cancelled, and the dates it started or stopped. Photos, insurance, van pictures and other trader documents stay off that list.
